1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to prepZero, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all gym owners, administrators, trainers, and gym members utilizing the prepZero dashboard or mobile applications.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• 14-Day Free Trial: All new gym registrations receive a complimentary 14-day trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to begin.
• Billing & Renewals: Following the trial, subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at the chosen plan rate (₹99, ₹159, or ₹199). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without long-term lock-in.

3. Gym Owner Responsibilities

Gym owners are responsible for ensuring that they have the consent of their members to send WhatsApp onboarding links and notifications. prepZero acts as a software service provider and is not liable for individual member dispute resolutions regarding physical gym access or payments made directly between member and gym.

4. Service Availability & Support

We strive to deliver 99.9% platform uptime. Support is provided via WhatsApp and email on standard Indian business days.
